1. Professional Services Agreement
All telecommunications infrastructure installations and engineering consultations are subject to executed statements of work detailing specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All CAD drawings, network topologies, engineering blueprints, and documentation provided by Standard Telecom Inc. remain our intellectual property until full project payment is received.
3. Limitation of Liability
Standard Telecom Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party equipment failures or unauthorized modifications to installed cabling.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
